Foothill Owls End Rams' Winning Streak at 42 It's over. The Rams 42-game winning streak has come to an end when the Foothill Owls defeated the national champions 20-13 on Nov. 2 at Foothill Stadium. It was the first loss for the City College football team since the state title game in 1998 against Palomar College.
