Studets in the plant indentification class learn about plants that are grown on the campus and the department grounds. These calla lilies were planted by students from another class, and are an example of how plants serve more than one purpose for students in the department.




Desiree Fegette focuses on learning about vegetable like the zucchini plants she prunes here. An expectant mother, Fegette wants to be able to grow fresh vegetable so she can prepare healthy meals for her baby.
