Lawrence Wong
Elected to the board of trustees in Nov. 1994 and re-elected in Nov. 1998, Lawrence Wong is a graduate of City College, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Santa Clara School of Law. He is also the National Executive Director of the Chinese American Citizens Alliance, and serves as a board member of numerous civic and community organizations. Mr. Wong has also been a fundraiser and an advocate for the rights of those living with AIDS.

Dr. Anita Grier
Elected to the board of trustees in Nov. 1998, Dr. Grier is a graduate of City College and holds both a bachelor of arts and a master of arts degree from San Francisco State University, as well as a doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco. She has experience in education, having served as administrator, principal, program manager, special education teacher, program administrator and Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator. Dr. Grier is a member of the Association of California School Administrators, National Council of Educating Black Children, Phi Delta Kappa, San Francisco Alliance of Black School Educators and United Administrators of San Francisco.
